Africa’s biggest mall (Business Bay Square) in Eastleigh area in the Kenyan capital Nairobi is set to be unveiled in a few months. The mall is said to have 3 hospitals, 3,500 shops, 12 banks, a 7-star hotel, among other facilities.
The Development is to be anchored by a supermarket located on the first floor and will be serviced by loading bays, storage facilities at entry level and main MEP facilities.
BBS will also house specialty Reatil/Souk Facilities, Financial Facilities , Food Court Facilities, Mosque Facility,Entertainment/Recreational Facilities, Health/Medical Facility, Residential/Hotel Facilities, Ample Parking Facilities, Events & Exhibitions Facilities & Office Space Facilities.
The remaining land comprises of serviced plots for commercial, residential and mixed use as well as recreational and utility plots, landscaped areas and infrastructure routes.
