Chinese construction company(CSCEC) has celebrated Concrete Structure Completion Party of the ICONIC Tower, the tallest tower in Africa in the new administrative capital in Egypt.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Asem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Engineer / Khaled Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Mr. Ahmed Salam, Under-Secretary of the Egyptian General Authority for Inquiries, and Engineer / Sherif El Sherbiny, Head of the new administrative capital, Mr. Ahmed Abdel-Azim, General Manager of the Engineering House, and Mr. Zhang Wei Tsai, General Manager of the China General Company for Architecture in Egypt (CSCEC).
The concert was held at the main place on the 52th floor of the iconic tower. In his speech, Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar said with interest President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and Egyptian Prime Minister / Mustafa Madbouly for the developments in CBD project, congratulated CBD on its achievements, and thanked Chinese and Egyptian workers for Their hard work.
The successful completion of concrete works represents an important achievement of China-Egypt exchanges, mutual learning and profitable cooperation on both sides, and is a milestone in Egypt’s introduction of modern technology and achieving a new era of architectural development.
He also expressed the hope that the Chinese and Egyptian side will continue to work hard and cooperate together to ensure the operation of the CBD project in the new Egyptian administrative capital, and continue to implement this model of cooperation in the new Alamein towers project and other projects.
