A 28-floor luxury tower is set to be constructed in the heart of Eko-Atlantic City (EAC) in Lagos.
The project will be undertaken by Real estate and property development firm, Messrs Tetramanor Limited.
Chief Executive Officer, Femi Beecroft says the HighGardens will consist of 24 residential floors and 3 parking levels, 50 spacious and fully-finished residences (2-bedroom apartments, 3BR maisonettes, and 4BR penthouses), each valued from N165m, with high quality Milano fittings, walk-in-closets and a fitted kitchen.
Other features include a maid’s room for every apartment, gym, swimming pool, cinema room, lobby and bar, domestic staff lounge, adequate parking, emergency backup power, passenger and service elevators, IT enabled security & access control and smart homes. The 3-year project is set to commence early 2021.
