Komatsu is set to make a strong statement at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, demonstrating how its connected equipment, digital technologies and service solutions are helping contractors turn data into real-world performance gains.
Under the theme “Connected performance, driving your success,” the company will highlight how integrated machines, software and support systems can enhance productivity, improve safety and reduce total cost of ownership across the jobsite.
From its booth in the West Hall, Komatsu will present one of its most comprehensive lineups in recent years, including several machines making their North American debut.
The focus will be on how traditional machine strength can be elevated when combined with a full digital ecosystem — spanning telematics, fleet management, artificial intelligence and autonomous technologies.
Next-generation equipment highlights
-
Excavators: New models such as the PC220LCi-12 and PC365LC-11 multifunction plus will be showcased with improved operator comfort and advanced control technologies designed to support more efficient and precise operations. Another new excavator model is also set for unveiling.
-
Wheel Loaders: The WA485-11 and WA475-11 will demonstrate Komatsu’s Hydraulic Mechanical Transmission, enhanced cab design and embedded technology aimed at increasing cycle times, lowering fuel consumption and improving operator awareness.
-
Dozers: Two next-generation dozers will be introduced, featuring advanced steering systems and redesigned operator environments, helping operators of all experience levels achieve consistent, productive results.
-
Haul Trucks: The HD605-10, integrated with Smart Quarry solutions, will be on display alongside Smart Quarry Autonomous, enabling autonomous haulage for both new and existing quarry fleets. Komatsu will also unveil a new high-payload articulated truck with advanced traction control engineering.
Digital ecosystem and smart solutions
A central theme of Komatsu’s presence will be its end-to-end digital strategy, showing how connected machines, software platforms and services work together throughout the equipment lifecycle — from selection and operator training to fleet management, performance analysis and long-term planning.
Visitors will experience demonstrations of:
-
My Komatsu, the company’s enterprise platform that brings fleet data, planning tools and support resources into a single, AI-ready interface.
-
Smart Construction solutions, including live demonstrations of software and hardware tools that enable accurate digging, real-time project tracking and streamlined communication, with new offerings such as the Smart Construction Dashboard mobile.
Komatsu will also highlight its progress in software-defined machines, autonomy and AI, reflecting recent partnerships and developments that are shaping the future of construction and quarry operations.
“Owners and fleet managers want equipment and technology that work together to create value across the entire enterprise,” said Rod Bull, CEO of Komatsu North America.
“Connected performance is our commitment to deliver machines, data and services that help improve daily productivity and build long-term operational value.”
Beyond earthmoving, Komatsu’s booth will feature solutions for forestry, drilling and crushing, as well as attachments from Montabert, Lehnhoff and Hensley, demonstrating how integrated tools can expand machine versatility and jobsite efficiency.
As part of its knowledge-sharing efforts, Komatsu experts will also participate in technical and leadership sessions covering continuous improvement in quarries, GPS-enabled machine control and the future of autonomous operations.
This “Road to CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026” feature positions Komatsu as a leader in connected, intelligent construction — setting the stage for how digital transformation and advanced equipment will shape productivity and profitability across the global construction industry.
