CONEXPO-CON/AGG, North America’s largest construction trade show, has announced a new highlight for its 2026 event: the Ground Breakers Stage, a platform dedicated to showcasing the industry’s top innovators and thought leaders.
Among the featured keynote speakers is Tony Fassino, Group President of Construction Industries at Caterpillar, who will address attendees on March 4 at 1 p.m.
“Every three years, Las Vegas becomes the epicenter of construction innovation,” said Fassino. “We’re excited to share what’s ready now for the industry through the Ground Breakers Stage series.”
Fassino’s presentation will focus on how Caterpillar is confronting the sector’s toughest challenges, driving technological advancements, and shaping the future for construction professionals worldwide.

The Ground Breakers Stage is part of CONEXPO-CON/AGG’s extensive programming, which includes more than 2,000 exhibitors, 150+ education sessions, and over 2.9 million square feet of exhibit space.
The event, scheduled for March 3–7, 2026, is expected to attract nearly 140,000 construction leaders, offering opportunities to explore innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies across the $2 trillion U.S. construction sector.
Caterpillar joins other newly announced Ground Breakers Stage keynote speakers, including AWS, Autodesk, and John Deere, alongside leaders from Fortune 100 companies and successful entrepreneurs.
Additional keynote announcements will be shared in the coming months, solidifying the stage as a premier platform for insight and inspiration.
