Roads and Civil Engineering Contractors Association(RACECA)
RACECA develops local construction capacity by promoting and encouraging training of persons engaged in the work of roads and civil engineering construction by use of appropriate modern technology; engage in research and development, establish where practible suitable bodies for further education and generally encourage the universal adoption of tried and efficient standards conducive to ordered development.

Kenya Association of Building and Engineering Consultants KABCEC
KABCEC ranks as one of the top construction associations in Kenya.Its main is to protect the interests of our members in the course of their businesses. It is in the view of this objective that KABCEC participates actively in the formulation, revision and amendment of conditions of Contract for Building works.
One of the leading construction associations in Kenya, KABCEC also does the following:
- Establishing amicable arrangements and relations between our members and their workmen. The Association works hand in hand with the Union and the Ministry of Labour in formulating the minimum terms and conditions of employment for construction workers contained in a Collective Bargain Agreement (CBA). Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK)
Established in 1967, the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK) is Kenya’s leading Association for construction industry professionals in the built and natural environment in Kenya incorporating Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Town Planners, Engineers, Landscape Architects and Environmental Design Consultants and Construction Project Managers.
The Association is registered under the Societies Act and brings together professionals from the Private Sector, Public Sector and Academia. The Association also acts as a link between professionals and stakeholders in the construction industry: Including policymakers, manufacturers, real estate developers and financial institutions.
Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK)
The Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK) also ranks as one of the leading construction associations in Kenya. IQSK brings together professionals trained and registered to work as quantity surveyors in Kenya. The institute exists to advance the profession of quantity surveying by providing members with opportunities for professional development, and networking. Kenya Federation of Master Builders
