“The only thing we want to request of the beneficiaries is that if you receive our message, you must present yourself to the SASSA offices,” Letsatsi emphasized.

SASSA is calling on all grant beneficiaries to take immediate action to protect their payments:
1. Update Your Contact Number
If you’ve changed your phone number, notify SASSA immediately. The agency cannot reach you on outdated contact information.
2. Report Address Changes
Beneficiaries who have relocated must inform SASSA of their new address to ensure they receive all official communications.
“Just make sure that if your address changes, we’re also aware, because we’ll continue to communicate with a person who left the area a year ago,” Letsatsi warned.
