For the second year, Africa Oil & Power returns to Juba to host South Sudan Oil & Power 2018.
The conference, commissioned and endorsed by the Ministry of Petroleum and Ministry of Energy and Dams of South Sudan, will take place on November 21-22, 2018, at the Crown Hotel, Juba, and addresses the most pressing issues and opportunities in South Sudan’s oil and power industries, including: the growth of exploration activities, the resumption of oil production, regional infrastructure, security status at operational areas, and more.
South Sudan Oil & Power 2018 builds on the success of last year’s conference — the first dedicated energy event to be held in South Sudan.
The 2017 conference included inaugural speeches from H.E. Vice President James Wani Igga, the Ministers of Environment and Forestry, Energy and Dams, and Petroleum, and included ministerial delegations from Uganda and Sudan.
