Investors from New York, South Africa and Italian billionaire Franco Rosco are planning what would be, upon completion, a spectacular skyscraper in a small Coastal town of Watamu in Kenya.

Palm Exotjca will be a 61 storey building endowed with luxury yet incorporated with green features and designs. Tourists will especially find the mixed use development invaluable according to the investors.

From elegant residential suites to Vibrant Casino to premium commercial space and classy restaurant, the Palm Exotjca would be a top choice for travellers.

Situated from pristine Watamu Beach and the lush Marine National Park the Palm Exotjca will have a luxury hotel with 270 rooms managed and operated by a 5-star operator and international chain.

Designed by Italian architect Lorenzo Pagnini and towering at a height of 370 metres, the Palm Exotjca gives absolutely breathtaking view of vivid ocean colours and the picturesque Watamu panorama.

Each intuitively designed floorplan from studios, presidential suites, exclusive sky apartments and penthouse apartments are fitted with modern appliances and tasteful furniture.

The Building will seek to rival 320m-high skycraper being constructed in the capital Nairobi named simply, The pinnacle.

If the two buildings are successfully completed, it would mark the end the reign of Johannesburg’s 223-meter Carlton Centre which is Africa’s tallest building, a position it has held since 1973.
