Movement Mortgage Adds Veteran Loan Officer Tanya Hill to Its Pacific Northwest Team

EVENTS SPOTLIGHT

WISCONSIN, MARCH 20, 2026– U.S.-based lender Movement Mortgage has announced the addition of Tanya Hill as a loan officer in its Pacific Northwest region, continuing a streak of high-profile hires as the company expands its footprint across Washington State.

Hill brings 17 years of mortgage industry experience to the role and closed $25 million in production in the Western Washington market in 2025. She is based on the Eastside of Seattle.

Culture was the deciding factor in her move, according to Hill. “There are many lenders who offer home loans, but Movement is different,” she said. “From my first call with them, I felt an energy that was genuine.”

Beyond culture, Hill was drawn to Movement’s operational support, marketing resources, and advanced technology.

She is also keen to grow her work in the non-QM space — a segment that allows her to serve clients who fall outside traditional lending guidelines.

Regional Sales Director Donovan Douvia welcomed the appointment. “Tanya is a great addition to our Washington team,” he said.

“She brings experience, collaboration and a client-first approach that fits well with our team.”

Hill’s arrival comes at a strong moment for Movement in the state. The company ranked number one in both loan volume and market share in Washington in 2025, funding over $2.8 billion in total loan volume and capturing a 3.53% share of the state’s retail mortgage market.

Movement has now welcomed 13 loan officers to the Pacific Northwest region since the start of the year.

Nationally, Movement Mortgage helped 59,914 families achieve homeownership in 2025 while funding $20.4 billion in loan volume, ranking among the top 10 lenders in the country according to the Scotsman Guide.

Outside of work, Hill is a mother of two daughters who compete in dance and is actively involved in volunteer efforts supporting local families and organizations.
